If you arranged to stay in a room on the Constructor University campus and already know that you will check in after 3:00 PM UTC (17:00 local time), please share your estimated check-in time to enable late check-in (by 31 May 2026).

Please remember that local time is two hours ahead of UTC. Note that travel tickets to or within Germany will usually state the local time rather than UTC or any other.
To account for the time at the airport after landing and for the public transportation to the venue, please add to your planned arrival time at the airport:

Bremen airport: 1 hour 45 minutes
Hamburg airport: 3 hours 30 minutes
